Ladbrokes Poker has finally announced details of the Ladbrokes Team Poker Championship where players can play with, not against, their friends.

For the eight week period the challenge will see teams of four battle it out to win prizes including a World Series of Poker package for each team member worth €30,000, four packages to the Irish Poker Festival in Killarney and tickets to some big guarantee tournaments on the website throughout the year.

To enter the Ladbrokes Team Championship customers simply have to email the aliases of the four players they want in their team to team@ladbrokespoker.com. Each player must then enter a minimum of six of the eight championship multi-table tournaments.

Players will earn LTC points throughout the MTTs and these points will then be added to the team's total. Half the prizepool from each MTT will go towards the prizes, of which Ladbrokes has already guaranteed over €40,000 worth, and will add even more depending on the number of entries.

Furthermore, all Ladbrokes Team Championship Players who play all 8 MTTs will be invited to a special freeroll on Thursday 19th May where even more prizes can be won. Continue..
