Big Brother Betting - Bookmaker Refunds all Money Placed on Diva Caoimhe

Today Irish bookmaker Paddy Power refunded all bets placed on Dublin diva Caoimhe to win Big Brother and be the next housemate evicted as the 22- year-old made a dramatic exit from the house.

After some heated moments in the house during the week the feisty student decided enough was enough and left the house through the diary room after bidding farewell to her fellow housemates.

Sharon McHugh, spokesperson for Paddy Power, said: "We were beginning to think Caoimhe was like a cat with nine lives – she just kept passing the save and replace tasks but it looks like the pressure finally got to her in the end. There wasn’t many bets placed on her to win the show but there were a lot on her to get the boot this Friday so we think it’s only fair all those punters got their money back!"

Caoimhe's decision to walk early from the house will mean little to Big Brother fans though as she had been the 4/9 betting favourite to get evicted this Friday anyway.

Meanwhile newish enough housemate Keeley is the bookmaker's new 4/5 betting favourite to get evicted by public vote this Friday after less than a fortnight in the house.
