Ladbrokes Poker Set to Pay Out $5 Million in Rake Race

For the next five months up until the end of August, the top 3,000 Ladbrokes Poker 'Rakers' will continue to share a $1,000,000 monthly cash pot.

Points will be awarded to those who play on any of Ladbrokes' cash tables and those who collect enough will automatically be entered on to the Rake Race Leaderboard.

The major beneficiaries of the promotion since it began in January have been the Swedes, who have dominated the top ten positions taking the lion's share of big money cash prizes, which range from $20,000 - $7,500.

However, the Danes closely follow and have also secured slots in the top ten thus avoiding a Swedish monopoly in the top ten rankings.

The UK have fallen short of securing a top ten place although as a country the Brits have secured the most individual cashes since the promotion began.

The prizes for April will be awarded to the player with the most Rake Race points as at 23.59 on the 30th April and only points collected during the month of April will be eligible for the $1,000,000 April payout.
