28 year old former Tanzanian beauty queen Mona Lewis is tipped at 6/1 to go the distance. Her apparently hard working and honest nature is likely to appeal to Sir Alan if she can cope under the pressure.

However the bookie has offered some markets on the series that can be bet on including 13/8 that the eventual winner will not still be under Sir Alan's employment in 12 months time and 1000/1 that this year's winner proves what lack of financial acumen currently resides at the Exchequer by becoming the next Chancellor.
